Międzyzdroje
Wolin National Park. Wolin National Park, founded in 1960, is home to 6 special protected areas on 224.5 hectares. The main attraction is the wisent (European bison) reserve approx. 2 km from the hotel.
Nature Museum. The museum presents the beauty and uniqueness of Wolin National Park: the flora and fauna of the Wolin virgin forest, geomorphology of the island of Wolin and, of course, amber from the Baltic region.
Kawcza Mountain. One of the highest elevations along the Amber Coast. At its northern end, the moraine surface ends with a cliff falling sheer into the sea. The cliff accounts for nearly the entire coastline of Wolin National Park.
Fishing harbour. On the beach near the eastern end of town lies the fishing harbour, offering a large selection of freshly caught fish.
Surroundings
Turquoise Lake in Wapnica. This former chalk pit was flooded during the Second World War. The lake’s turquoise colour depends on the light conditions.
Zielonka Hill. From here one has beautiful views of the extended back delta of the Swina River and parts of the Oder River lagoon.
