Room Reservation
- Reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty by 3 day bevor on the day of arrival. Thereafter, the first night’s accommodation will be charged.
- We kindly ask guests to provide us with their credit card details in advance.
- Guests shall settle their invoice directly at the hotel upon departure.
- Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Terms of cancellation:
If the reservation is guarantee by prepayment or credit card and check-in is not done – which means: reservation is not cancel , client will debt by cost of one night
Conference Reservation:
- The hotel accepts cash, credit cards and bank transfers as a method of payment.
- Payment for the hotel’s services will be confirmed in writing.
- If paying by bank transfer, payment of 50% of the anticipated costs is required no later than 14 days in advance after the event. Foreign clients must remit payment no later than 14 days prior to the event and fax a copy of the payment document to the hotel.
- The invoice will be delivered by mail.
Terms of cancellation:
For orders cancelled with less than
- Up to 30 days prior to the event – free of charge
- 29 – 17 days prior to the commencement of the event – 20 % of the order value
- 17 – 7 days prior to the commencement of the event – 40 % of the order value
- Less than 7 days – full value of the ordered services
